b?o.thiên.ng? has a dream that his future daughter will be married at a Vietnamese community center built along the majestic coastline of California, headquarters of the Lantern Moon Festival Society, where her eyes glimmer under the glow of a thousand lantern sculptures made by the hopes and dreams of her generation.
In pursuit of that dream, b?o operates under the title of change strategist, by devising social infrastructure plans that would support a sustainable, broadly accessible community
