About 10 years of military service (enlisted and commissioned officer), 15+ years experience in the hospitality business. Winery established 2012.
One aim is to make our family-run hotel in the 330 year-old castle of Zeilitzheim in Franconia (northern Bavaria's wine-growing region) a must-visit stopping-off point for Americans and other guests from abroad while travelling in Germany.
