Currently I am holding the position as Plant Operation Head / Factory Manager. The factory is equipped with different high tech machines from USA (Wenger), France (Stolz), Vietnam, Germany, China, India and many others.
Leading different cross functional department (as Project / Engineering / QA / QC / Logistic / Store / SHE / Accounts / HR-Admin / Compliance / Audit team) to produce different animal feed products, specially Floating Fish Feed.
I have also worked in Pharmaceuticals & FMCG industries successfully for 10+ years.
