Baturay 脰zden, upon his graduation from Uludag University, Department of Labor Economy and Industrial Relations, received Leadership training at London School of Economics in 2009. Also he attended an exchange program at University of Politechnika Opolska 鈥淧oland鈥�, Faculty of Production Engineering and Management in 2010. He worked at NGOs in different regions during the university period. He gives trainings in more than 30 countries about self-awareness, leadership, career planning, team management and communication skills subjects.
