Belal Almassri is Researcher/PhD student of the Structural Division of the Dep. of Civil Engineering, University of Toulouse France. His main interests are the experimental and the analytical research of the strengthening of reinforced concrete structures with FRP composite materials. Previous degrees: MSc in Civil and Structural Engineering from the University of Bradford, UK, BSc in the Civil Engineering from the Islamic University of Gaza, Palestine.
