I am involved in developing the use of video and web conferencing in the governmental sector. My perspective is, how this may improve both efficiency as well as environmental performance in organisations. For the moment I work with support and implementation of social webinteraction f枚r the agency in therms of socialmedia, webinars and webcasts. At the side I am leading a series of lunch webinar together with the Swedish Public Relations Association (Sveriges Kommunikat枚rer) about the business value of Social media with the hash tag #ssmw on Twitter.
