Hmmm - Im hyperactive, though strangely a good listener and quite capable of being serious when needed...I love my friends dearly, and though I'm not always the best at staying in touch (its so easy to get tied up in the here and now), I would come to the aid of any of them were it needed at the drop of a hat!
