I'm a management educator in the business school and for organizations. I have conducted education sessions on leadership, corporate culture, business ethics, corporate governance, communication, teambuilding, faith-based management, corporate social responsibility, among others.
I served in various university administration posts from 1985 to 2013.
I was founding president of the Philippine eLearning Society, president of the Philippine Society for IT Educators, founding president of the Philippine Academy of Management and president of the National Association for Sikolohiyang Pilipino. I'm interested in research on and the promotion of humanistic management.
