With a master’s degree in industrial engineering, electronics & telecom, I built my career within the telecom industry, being responsible for strategy & business development, service delivery and change programs.
In my work I am keen to challenge the status quo, and push new ideas and improvements into operations. A consultant at heart, my preferred style is to facilitate teamwork while being target driven.
Working on different assignments in a 15 year period, has given me a toolbox of management techniques, enabling me to bring structure to strategy definition, business development, organizational development and operational improvement with multicultural and virtual teams.
