As community manager I have consistently worked with people and teams to improve communication and participation and have enjoyed every moment of it. This international working environment has enabled me to connect to many other community managers mainly in Portland at the Community Leadership Summit and at OSCON.
As a coach I share people skills and personal innovation in an open environment. As board member of the Dutch Community Manager Association I look forward to include some of the things I learned as community manager in an Open Source project to the world of corporate community management.
