• Designing curriculum and instruction for undergraduate psychology students
• Preparing and distributing departmental syllabus, which informs students in writing about, course requirements as to absences, tardiness, testing, assignments, and grading policies. 

• Informing students of their progress by promptly returning assignments, quizzes, and examinations.
