Beth McGibbon is a dedicated teacher and student, loving the world one breath at a time. Beth has a passion for yoga, especially Anusara yoga. Twenty years ago, she began yoga to help improve her physical health and manage stress, but discovered a powerful pull towards Grace. Beth joyfully shares her love for yoga, learning, and opening to grace with her students. Beth is an Anusara-Inspired Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and National Board Certified Teacher-History-Social Studies.
