- 8+ years of IT experience in design, development and support of various high-traffic, real time web application across various domains using Open Source Technologies and Microsoft Technologies
- Working experience in one medium sized outsource product development MNC and a product startup company
- Experience in developing high performance/scalable systems
- Good exposure to each of the phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Developed projects from the stage of concept to full implementation
- Good experience in working with on-site-offshore model
- Experienced in Agile development methodologies and test driven development (TDD)
