This document outlines a student code of ethics for a community college district. It discusses four key parts of the code: representation of oneself honestly; maintaining academic honesty by not plagiarizing or cheating; respecting district rules and regulations regarding property, substances, and harassment; and respecting the open exchange of ideas by engaging respectfully with others and refraining from disruptive or malicious behavior, especially in the classroom. Adhering to this code of ethics is expected of all students in their dealings with the district and when representing the district.

philosophy, ethics studies the moral behavior in
humans and how one should act.
