We first want to thank you for considering our firm for all your mail and package forwarding needs. Our
Company continues to grow at great rate thanks to our client’s loyalty and diverse service portfolio we
offer our clients worldwide.
You are receiving this letter because your application may not be yet complete, to expedite your
application to set up your mailbox and activate your dedicated US address; I have included this checklist
that can help expedite your application.
Create an account and pay for membership: This may have already been done, but it is good to check.
Submit proof of ID, like Drivers License and Passport along with Form US1583 and Service agreement.
We can populate these forms and email back to you for signatures. The forms can be emailed to
Security@myuspostoffice.com.
Upon Verification, we will email you your US address that you can start using right away for all your
shopping needs.
The process may take 24-48 Hrs, please make sure that all your account information is valid, including a
verified PayPal account if available.

Q- How do you Verify Account?
A- We have the latest technology to identify online Identity Thieves and have strong relationship
with US and Foreign Governments.
Q- How Long until I receive my US address?
A- Once you complete the required application and submit your information, our Security
Department will validate your information and may ask you to verify the credit card
Authorization code. The entire process can be done with 24-48 Hrs depending on your
cooperation.
Q- Why do I have to submit my Identity Documents?
A- This is a security requirement of US postal Services, in order to get a US address; we need to
know who you are. You documents are safely secured and we do not share with anyone but
Federal Authorities and upon requests.
Q- How do I know when my merchandise is ready to ship to me?
A- Once your shipment arrives to us, we will notify you via email.
Q- How do you ship?
A- We ship Via US Postal Services: Express and Priority Mail; DHL, UPS and FedEx.
Q- How much do you declare in Customs forms Tax values?
A- You know the value of your shipments better than we do; we declare the value you disclose to
us. You take full responsibility to clear your shipments through customs and it is highly
recommended that you disclose the true values. Check with your customs office for details.
Q- What are your fees?
A- We charge an annual fee to set up your mailbox, we will send a quote for shipping your
packages, once you decide on how to ship, we will send you an invoice that you can pay online
via Google Checkout or Paypal, our mail forwarding fee is $19.95 per shipment and $9.95 for
letters. The fee covers our time and labor, repackaging, export document preparation. Example:
You received 4 boxes from Amazon, 1 from eBay and 1 letter from bank; we will combine all
items into one shipment and send you a quote to ship via all carriers, you email us your
preferred method and any insurance value, we will send you an invoice and ship upon payment.
The fee for all items is $19.95. If shipping by DHL was $100.00, we will invoice you $119.95.
