As a Realtor I have 3 primary objectives when I am working with a client. Because I know a lot about real estate and am held at a higher level accountability than the general public. My clients are, for them, making decisions about most likely their biggest asset that they have, their home. So my role with them is first as their professional Advisor about their real estate sale or their purchase. The second role is as Advocate. Taking a fiduciary responsibilty in protecting and advocating for my client in the transaction. The third role is that of a professional third party negotiator, again working on my clients behalf and keeping their interest above all others, including my own.
