Billy Burnz was born in Spanish Town, Jamaica in the early 80s and he moved to Chalk farm Drive, Toronto in the late 90s. It may seem as if Billy Burnz suddenly burst onto the scene, but the 20 something year old has been refining his craft since his early teen years.
