About
Currently, my lab is focusing on the biochemical and molecular basis of plant cell death and its immunity against pathogens that can be utilized for the improvement of crops as a biotechnological application. I have been involved with plant stress. In my graduate studies, I was involved with abiotic stress (salt stress) and in post doctoral studies, I am involved with biotic stress. Now I am involved in identification and cloning of nonhost resistance genes in Arabidopsis against the soybean fungal pathogens.
