Presently I work as an eye care professional at a center for community health in Uttarakhand state of India. I undertook my training in eye care at State Institute of Ophthalmology at MLN Medical College, Allahabad, UP, further I did masters in Pol.Sc.and Sociology followed by a Ph.D. from Kumoun University, Nainital.I have also passed PG diploma in Public Health Management from NIHFW, New Delhi and PG diploma in Distance Education from IGNOU.
I was a WHO Fellow at IMPACT, IPHS, University of Liverpool,United Kingdom in 2012.
I have published more than a dozen papers/articles and organized national seminars,walk events,exhibitions, workshops and symposium on health issues.
