Started in the auditing and accounting business in 1992 with special focus on business development, mergers and aquisition, restructuring etc. The "normal" areas of auditing are pretty complex, so I still need to have an eye on the areas af financial audit, financial statements, personal- and corporate tax etc and the development in these areas. I teach both professionals and students. My skills have over time spread to leadership and management, where I can do a much greater difference. Reformation of campanies, and general leadership have my absolute attention at the moment.
