Francisco Alberto Sandoval Nore帽a received the B.S. degree in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad T茅cnica Particular de Loja (UTPL), and the M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Pontif铆cia Universidade Cat贸lica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RIO), in 2008, and 2013, respectively. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering with 脡cole de Technologie Sup茅rieure (脡TS), University of Quebec, Canada. Since October 2008, he has worked at UTPL as an assistant professor at Computer Science and Electronic Department (DCCE). His research interests include wireless communications, communication theory, RF propagation and signal processing.
