Marc is a product and service innovation consultant, engineer and entrepreneur who is passionate about helping organizations tackle complex challenges. He has led teams through successful product and service design projects in multiple industries, and managed development projects in the US, France, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. He has lived and worked in these countries extensively, and speaks French and Dutch fluently.
The field of service design thinking is a natural fit for Marc’s combination of technical, business and creative skills. He worked in high tech manufacturing, research and development, marketing, and field service prior to co-founding a startup mobile applicatio.
