Born and raised in the South. Joined the Navy at 17 as a 10th grade High School drop out. Got married, moved to Newport RI, started having kids, and started going to college all at the same time. Moved to VA, went to sea, had another kid, completed 6 college degrees, and got commissioned in the Navy. Moved to Spain, traveled Europe, coached baseball, got deployed to Afghanistan, missed home like crazy. Moved to Key West, started diving weekly, started relaxing at home, and having family and friends come see me.
