Brian O鈥橬eill is Government of Ireland Senior Research Fellow at Dublin Institute of Technology and researches on digital literacy, online safety and information society policy for children. He is a member of the EU Kids Online network and management committee member for COST Action ISO 906 Transforming Audiences, Transforming Societies. He is vice-chair for the Audiences Section, IAMCR.
