- Define, set and execute RingCentral's overall Channel Strategy for North America & the UK.
- Lead Worldwide Channel Sales team to exceed revenue targets and achieve triple digit YOY sales growth.
- Oversee multiple teams that are responsible for Channel Programs, Sales Operations & Marketing, Reseller Sales, Franchise / National Accounts, and Master Distributors (IT Distribution, Satellite, Merchant Processing, System Integrators, Retail, Master Telecom).
- Responsible for and manage Channel and Franchise Sales P&L.
