My main research contributions concern using information retrieval techniques to semi-automatically create traces between software artifacts, and recommendation systems for large-scale issue management based on machine learning. Other research interests include mining software repositories, findability in large projects, and software visualization. I have published 35+ scientific papers on software engineering, and a book chapter on recommendation systems.
