There鈥檚 always been a separation between fashion and what I call my 鈥渄eeper鈥� work. Fashion is where I make my living. I鈥檓 not knocking it. It鈥檚 a pleasure to make a living that way. It鈥檚 pleasure, and then there鈥檚 the deeper pleasure of doing my portraits. It鈥檚 not important what I consider myself to be, but I consider myself to be a portrait photographer
