I am a full time languages teacher at Nottingham High School, where I am Head of Modern Foreign Languages. In addition to leading a highly successful Modern Languages Department, I advise schools, government bodies and other organisations on the use of new and emerging technologies in the classroom to support and enhance teaching and learning.
A career-long interest in the use of technology in teaching and learning led me to start writing my popular Technology and Education blog Box of Tricks, in which I share resources and reflect on my own practice as a teacher. I am exploring the pedagogical implications of this new digital age in more depth in a Masters Degree in ICT and Education.
