Secara formal menyelesaikan studi pedagogik musik di Universitas Negeri Medan (2007). Kemudian melanjutkan studi magister pd program studi Teknologi Pendidikan di Universitas Negeri Medan. Selain staf edukator, berpartisipasi jg dalam berbagai festival musik, antara lain; World Music, International Drum Fair, Experimental Music Concert, Ethnic Music Festival, Riau Hitam-Putih International & Malacca Strait Jazz International Festival, Medan Experimental Arts Exposition. Kini sebagai staf edukator tetap di Tanjungbalai Asahan Sumatera Utara.
