I am a passionate design thinker/doer. I've been told I am a great listener, connector, and bringer of clarity and focus in complex business issues. I like to combine depth with pragmatism, academia with practise, creativity with focus and user centeredness with a keen eye for business. I am the founder of Zilver innovation, a small but leading service design and customer insight consultancy in the Netherlands with international scope. I merged my company with livework in 2016, in order to join forces in our passion for services and human centred design. I am a regular teacher, speaker and writer on design thinking, service design, innovation, branding and change. When I don't work I sail.
