Most of you already know me pretty well if you are reading this.
I was an SHSU graduate in Food Science and Nutrition, intern at Marywood University in PA, and have completed 75% of my masters in Education. My ultimate career goal is to improve the quality of life for individuals through health promotion as a Registered Deititian. If you have questions about diet and how it affects your health, I have answers. I love exercise including tennis, pilates, ballet and weight lifting. I like cooking, traveling to new places, and reading non-fiction, mostly journal articles. My favorite subject is science.
