I began my recruiting career working as a provider of people-related services and quickly rose through the management ranks. Having managed dozens of complicated P&L’s at a single time and earning a reputation for passionate customer service, I parlayed those experience into recruitment process outsourcing. I’ve successfully designed global engagements in which recruiting was outsourced as a vertical, embedded into a larger HRO framework and have managed operations in which RPO is a stand-alone solution.
