Brian Alves tore apart his first textbook to make art in 1995. In 1996, he received his MFA in Intermedia & Video Art from the University of Iowa. He has been making art, curating, designing and teaching ever since.
Brian鈥檚 work has been exhibited nationally and was most recently featured in 鈥淎NATOMICAL /MICROBIAL /MICROCOSMS鈥� at Central Booking Gallery in Brooklyn, New York.
Brian is currently an Assistant Professor of Graphic Design & Digital Media at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI.
