Spent some 20 years in redevelopment project management, ended working on multiple mixed use developments. Also contributed to multiple affordable housing projects from single family to senior projects as well as industrial developments. This required working collaboratively with multiple government and private agencies through planning entitlements, environmental review and legal agreements.
