I was born and raised in Austin, Texas. I am a local Musician/Comedian among other activities. I worked for the local FOX Affiliate here in Austin for twenty years and the last 10 years as Chief Engineer. I supported the weather office during that time along with a vast array of many other duties. I have been interested in weather and have been studying it for over thirty years, and have been storm chasing for about as long. I have had formal training in meteorology during college and many hours of required study during flight training.
