I believe brands have a responsibility not to bore their consumers. I believe that design should be in service of people, not of itself. I think the best work is work we believe in, not just intellectually, but emotionally. I think most people equate good work as working more, which usually doesn't work out the way they expect. And I believe meetings should start on time, end on time, contain at least 5 minutes of joking around, and veer off-topic...
