About
Certified Scrum Master in Medical Device Software domain (Diabete MD), my job is to drive the transition from a Waterfall to an Agile team. For this, the challenge is to make adapt the processes to reduce the number of impediments for the team and to make the processes more fluid.
To reach these goals, after a first try in Kanban, I decided to introduce several concepts of Scrum, and experimented Agile Games, a lot of concepts of XP and Management 3.0 in the team.
