Bryan Gusmar played a year of Division III basketball at Behrend College before he transferred to Penn State and graduated with a degree in English. After college he spent seven years as an IT professional working at Travelers Insurance. He has an A+ Certification, an industry-neutral certification for supporting microcomputers. He later switched to the broker side of the industry.
