An academic and career higher education administrator of 29 years’ standing. I have extensive experience in managing a wide range of academic service functions (Registry, Quality Assurance, Statistics Unit, Enrollment and academic planning), research support office, transnational education collaborations and sub-degree to postgraduate level program development. I also have teaching and curriculum development expertise in health sciences and education, and remain active in research publication. I am well-informed about global trends and issues in higher education, technical vocational education and training, and market-based approach in running educational programs (private higher education).
