I took a sabbatical all of 2013.I was busier working for free than ever before, likely because I was taking time to learn, explore, apply new systems thinking and help a few start ups and in ways that exceed traditional assignments. Along the way I did some industry research and discovered great opportunities in fitness and big data markets. Also saw a basis to elevate my services to reflect a new proactive, strategic range of marketing services that position CMO's - like myself - as critical guides for marketing, brand and the customer experience.
