I am a BSc in economics with a MSc in International Technology Management. I have professional experience in formulation, planning and implementation of ICT strategies policies. I have also been delegated to be a member of different government companies. I have interests in the analysis, research, formulation and execution of strategies and policies for projects in Information and Communication Technologies, interinstitutional relations and as an adjunct professor at the university.
