I am graduated in Business Administration in Argentina and have been studying Public Affairs - University of Pittsburg, USA. I have been working since 1971 in the argentine government in the control area. Now a days I am the Internal Auditor at the Migrations Department and the Director of Training at the INSTITUTO DE AUDITORES INTERNOS DE ARGENTINA, afiliate to The Institute of Internal Auditors (USA).
