I have a good experience in Customer Service and Now I working in Radiology department as manager and administrator I have 13 persons in my charge and my main responsability is the satisfaction of the patitens and doctors, I got knowledge about radiology and health topics,, about my goals...well, always push myself to do my best in each proyect and each day, "wear the shoe of my customers" is the best action to do and my best satisfaction is to read e-mails from my customer saying "thank you for your support", " We appreciate your quick help" and more of those phrases. I think this is the point when I know that my goals are done.
