Carlos Qui帽ones was born in Bogot谩, Colombia. Dog lover since his childhood, entered into the world of purebred dogs when he purchased his first Golden Retriever. Breed that he has been breeding under La Leyenda del Dorado (former GoldenStorm) kennel name.
Is an active member of the Colombian Kennel Club (ACCC 鈥� Asociaci贸n Club Canino Colombiano) since 1998. Member of the Board of Directors since 2003, in which he held positions as Public Relations Director, Show Director and member of the Judges Committee.
He is founding member of the Bogot谩 Kennel Club.
