LT Carlton A. James hails from Montgomery (Jonesville) Alabama, where he graduated from Jefferson Davis Senior High School in 1993. LT James enlisted in the Navy shortly after high school, attending Recruit Training in San Diego, California. He has severed 17 years in the U.S. Navy, visited 62 cities in 47 countries and is now a Commissioned Information Professional Officer.
He holds a Bachelors of Science in Management Information Systems from National Louis University, Washington D. C.
