Dr. Carter is a multi-talented business professional with over 30 years of experience working in industry and the philanthropic community. Dr. Carter is a retired Vice President from AT&T (formerly BellSouth Corporation) and Managing Partner of his own Consulting firm, Carter & Carter, LLC.
