Catalina currently works at Suramericana de Seguros, where she leads a team on INNOVATION, PMO, Process , Strategy and AGILES for the largest insurance Company in Colombia. Previosly was COO at Ruta N, the innovation and business center for the city of Medellin where she also worked facilitating access to smart capital for entrepreneurs. Catalina also teaches entrepreneurship, advises small businesses, and works with non profits as a growth consultant.
