I grew up and spent the first 28 years of my life in Oregon - land of tall trees, mountains and RAIN! I taught at OSU for 4 years in the department of Nutrition & Exercise Sciences, teaching a 400 person lecture on lifetime fitness for health. I developed my online training business & then moved to Orlando with Jason to open up our boot camp business. We are big time dreamers and visionaries...lots more business ideas we have in store just waiting to come
