Richard J. Cross has worked as an Industrial Engineer for the Boeing Commercial Airplanes division since August 2008 and currently supports the new 777X Composite Wing. His current role focuses on implementing Smart Factory technology (IIoT) to enable Business Intelligence and Advanced Data Analytics starting with the new 777X Composite Wing Center and following with the Spar and Wing Assembly areas. He is also the backup to the Sr Lead IE in the Composite Wing Center.
