I improve how farm families work together. I specialize in the "Business Culture of Agriculture". I improve how farm families make, transfer and implement decisions together. I also mediate farm family crisis. I both consult, speak and also write on this niche subject area. I am currently writing my second text book... I milk cows nightly and have a 10 year plan to get into farming... I am a licenced wedding officiant who gets the honor of marrying folks on weekends. I love meeting people and this is an awesome hobby. My mission is to save farm families and my vision is to someday have a large, increadible & happy farm family...
